Philosophy of Leadership
My philosophy of Leadership is being able to inspire and motivate people. Being a leader who is strong, supportive, and also compassionate. A leader is someone who puts themselves in a position to help support others or to be a guide along the way. A leader must have a sense of confidence about themselves. It’s not saying that they are arrogant but it says I am confident. A good leader is able to make a decision and is able to stand on what they have said. One must have the confidence in order for people to have that feeling that my leader knows what he or she is doing. A leader will have time when everyone may not be on board with what your goal is. But good leaders have a way of presenting things and allow you to think about what is at hand.
